Terms of use

These terms govern the use of FastLoader, its website and its API, published by Resourcepool, SARL (see the legal notice).

Using FastLoader means accepting these terms. If you do not accept them, do not use the service. The publisher may update them; the date at the top of this page shows the latest version.

• Without an account, you can send files that expire after a few days at most, within the limits of anonymous transfers.
• With an account, you can keep track of your transfers, change their settings, and create API keys to send files from your own tools.
• Each transfer has a link. Anyone who has the link (and the password, if one is set) can download the file.
• Limits on size, retention, downloads and number of transfers apply. They are set by the administrators and may change.

You are responsible for your account and your API keys: keep your credentials and keys secret, and regenerate a key if you think it was exposed. You can delete your account at any time from your account settings; your transfers and keys are then deleted. The publisher may disable an account that breaches these terms.

You are solely responsible for the files you send and for sharing their links. You must own the rights needed to send them, and they must comply with the law. Files are not a backup: they are deleted when they expire or reach their download limit, and cannot be recovered afterwards.

It is forbidden to use FastLoader to:

• send unlawful content, including content that infringes the rights of others;
• send malware, or files meant to deceive or harm recipients;
• get around the limits of the service, or disrupt its operation or its security;
• send content involving the sexual abuse of children, terrorism or incitement to hatred or violence.

Files breaching these rules may be deleted without notice, and the accounts involved disabled.

The files you send remain yours. You grant the publisher only the rights needed to store them and deliver them to the people who have their link. The website, its design and its software remain the property of the publisher.

The publisher strives to keep FastLoader available, but does not guarantee uninterrupted service. Maintenance or incidents may make it temporarily unavailable.

FastLoader is provided as is. Within the limits allowed by law, the publisher is not liable for the content sent by users, for the loss of files after their expiry, nor for indirect damage resulting from the use of the service.

These terms are governed by French law. Before any legal action, please write to contact@resourcepool.io to find an amicable solution. Failing that, the competent courts of Paris have jurisdiction, subject to the mandatory rules protecting consumers.
